The most accurate method is to visit a local jeweller and have your finger sized professionally. At home, wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger at its widest point, mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimetres — that's your circumference. Divide by 3.14 to find your diameter and compare to our size chart. We recommend sizing up half a size if you're between sizes, as ring sizing is easier to reduce than increase.
We offer one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery. Simply contact us with your order number and correct size — we'll arrange collection, resize at our workshop, and return the piece to you. Resizes typically take 5–7 business days. Pieces that have been engraved may have limited resize options depending on the design.
Yes — all lengths listed are the total finished length of the piece including the clasp. Our bracelets are available in 16cm, 17cm, 18cm, and 19cm. The most common size is 17cm (fits a 6.5–7" wrist). For necklaces, 40cm sits at the collarbone, 45cm below it, and 50cm mid-chest. If you're unsure, reach out and we'll help you pick the right length.
Absolutely. Custom lengths are available on most pieces through our Concierge service. Simply tell us the exact length you need in centimetres and we'll craft it to specification. Custom lengths are priced the same as standard sizes unless the piece requires additional material.
All EYRE pieces are made to order at our workshop. Standard production takes 7–10 business days, after which your piece is dispatched via tracked express courier. Domestic delivery adds 1–3 business days; international shipping adds 5–10 business days depending on destination. If you need a piece urgently, contact us before ordering — we may be able to accommodate an expedited timeline.
Yes — we ship to over 40 countries worldwide. All international orders are fully insured and dispatched via tracked courier. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare all packages at full value as required by law.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces in original condition. Custom, engraved, and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and we'll provide a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the piece.
All pieces are insured in transit. If your piece arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the piece immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange collection, repair or replacement, and redelivery at no cost to you. We take great care in packaging every piece — this is a rare occurrence, but we'll make it right without question.
For gold pieces, mix a few drops of mild dish soap with warm water, soak the piece for 5–10 minutes, then gently scrub with a soft toothbrush. Rinse under warm water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners for pieces with pavé settings, pearls, or delicate stones. For diamonds and moissanite, this method works beautifully — they sparkle like new.
Solid gold pieces (14K and 18K) are water-resistant and can generally be worn in the shower, though we recommend removing them before swimming in pools or the ocean. Chlorine and salt water can dull the finish over time. Sterling silver pieces should be removed before contact with water where possible to prevent tarnishing. Pieces with pearls should never be submerged.
Solid 18K and 14K gold does not tarnish. The higher the karat, the less reactive the metal — our 18K gold pieces will maintain their colour and finish indefinitely with normal wear. Gold-plated pieces will eventually wear through with heavy use; we use a thick plating layer (2.5 microns minimum) but recommend removing pieces before exercise, swimming, and applying lotions or perfumes.
Store pieces individually in the EYRE box they arrived in, or in a soft-lined jewelry box with separate compartments to prevent scratching. Keep silver pieces in an anti-tarnish pouch or wrap in a soft cloth. Avoid storing jewelry in bathrooms where humidity is high. Chains should be stored flat or hung to prevent tangling and kinking.
